What a lovely day we had at the anniversary party of Ken & Trish. The weather could have been kinder but everyone enjoyed the day. Quite a treat to be able to use the banqueting hall for the video messages and the atmospheric surroundings enticed the guests to share some great stories and memories from their wedding day to more recent times. With some great film from the party and the photos which will be added added, this will be a DVD for Ken & Trish to treasure.

Really excited to be filming the Ruby Wedding Anniversary of the parents of one of my brides. It will be lovely to meet all the family again and a pleasure to film all the celebrations and congratulations for Ken & Trish. Passing all the exams to become an accredited member of the IOV was a proud moment and it was good to be able to show that I have the knowledge and expertise needed to produce excellent videos and can give clients the peace of mind of knowing that Tudor Rose Wedding Video conforms to the codes of practice of this organisation.

After the Broadcast Video Expo on Tuesday, Gail headed to Sheffield to compete in the British Adult Championships Figure Skating competition and won a gold medal for her solo ice dance which was great fun.

Gail and Seren had a fab day at the video expo learning about the latest video equipment and editing software and meeting lots of lovely people. Some interesting talks and demos of wedding video styles and joining the videographers professional body the IOV. It's good to keep skills up to date and see what's new in the world of video production.
